What we accept
Non-clearance items that are defective can be returned within 14 days of pickup or delivery.
Contact us first by email or phone.
We don't accept returns for change of mind.
Clearance / as-is items are final sale with no warranty.
The customer pays all return shipping.
Refunds go to the original payment method once the item is back and checked.

Warranty on the item
Warranty and delivery depend on the item. Ask us before you check out — we’ll tell you what’s available so you aren’t guessing.
Items marked Clearance or As-is are sold without warranty.
Bargain Barn Express cleans each item to the best of our ability before sale. Customers should clean and inspect items again before first use.
Delivery fees
Delivery fees are not refunded if you miss the appointed time. If nobody 18 or older is there when we arrive, the fee is still yours.
Pickup, storage, and restock
Pickup: Free at the barn. Pick up within 10 days of our ready-for-pickup notice. After that, storage is $50 per week. After 30 days unpaid, we may cancel, restock, and deduct a $50 restock fee (plus storage owed). Delivery fees (if any) are separate and non-refundable if you miss your appointment.
