What we do — and what we don’t
- Delivery is curbside or front door only. We drop the item at the curb or your front door.
- We do not carry items into the house. We do not install appliances or any household items.
- An adult 18 or older must be present at the delivery time to receive the item.
Pay before we schedule
Delivery fees are paid upfront, before the scheduled delivery time. That keeps the calendar honest and cuts down on no-shows.

Distance is measured from our store ZIP 54303 (Green Bay area). Checkout will not complete free long-haul shipping outside 60 miles, or to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or US territories.

Pickup is easy at our location on Packerland Dr in Green Bay.

Moving a fridge or freezer? Transport it upright if you can. If it was laid down, stand it up and wait 24 hours before plugging it in so the compressor oil can settle back.
Local pickup at the barn is free.
Most pickup orders are ready within 1 business day. We’ll email or message you when your order is ready for pickup.
Please pick up within 10 days of that ready-for-pickup notice. The first 10 days of storage are included at no charge.
After 10 days, a storage fee of $50 per week (or any part of a week) applies until the item is picked up. Storage fees are paid before or at pickup and are separate from your merchandise total and any delivery fees.
If an item is not picked up within 30 days of the ready-for-pickup notice and storage fees remain unpaid, Bargain Barn Express may cancel the order and return the item to inventory. A $50 restock fee may be deducted from amounts already paid, along with any storage due. Delivery fees already paid stay non-refundable if a delivery window was missed. Email us before day 10 if you need more time.
